Adoption of Academic Staff to use the Learning Management System (LMS): Applying Extended Technology Acceptance Model (TAM2) for Jordanian Universities

Starting from March of 2020, the outbreak COVID-19 caused Jordanian universities to close their campuses and forced them initiate online teaching. Learning management system (LMS) is an important tool suitable as for learning activities in a higher education. However, each university has different LMS that allows users use it activities. This paper interested investigating acceptance academic staff using after getting back work post period. The study sample consisted 500 faculty members ranks, selected randomly all universities, second semester year 2020-2021. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM2) been adopted identify LMS. questionnaire developed by researcher was based on past research studies. Simple linear regression used calculate relationships between factors. results presented there statistically positive effect Perceived Usefulness(PU), Ease Use (PEOU) Subjective Norm(SN) adoption LMS, Use(PEOU), lecturers' Image(LI), Norm(SN), Job Relevance(JR), and, Result Demonstrability(RD) Output Quality(OQ) Usefulness(PU). indicates we must always conduct workshops training programs related systems computers enhance usability among
